Rates and Hours
Many people think nothing of paying someone to mow their yard or wash their car. To answer the question, “Can I afford a concierge, an errand service or a personal assistant?” Our reply is “How much is your free time worth?” Most feel that the time they now have to spend with family and friends doing things that are important and meaningful to them is priceless.
Rates
Most services are charged by the hour, with a one hour minimum. Call us and we will schedule a free consultation to see what the cost will be to you.
We offer monthly packages ranging from 15 to 25 hours a month.
We recommend a monthly package:
- To receive a discount on the regular hourly rate
- To establish a routine
- For flexibility to mix and match services
- To guarantee services when you call
Monthly packages are to be prepaid the first of the month. No carry over of hours to the next month. All additional hours are billed at the regular hourly rate.
Refer a friend who uses our services (2 hour minimum) and receive a 10% discount on your next 2 hour service.
Hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. However, we realize not all matters can be taken care of during normal business hours. If necessary, you can call us as early as 7:30 am and as late as 9:00 pm to schedule an appointment. We will return calls within 24 hours. Policies
GOOD NEIGHBOR SERVICES will not purchase alcohol or tobacco products.
Service requests that are dangerous, unreasonable, questionable or illegal will be denied.
All client information, both personal and service related, is strictly confidential and will not be sold to any party for any reason.
